The film portrays the life of Mary Pickford in a new and unconventional fashion by going deep into her psyche and life story. Pickford was first known as “The Girl with the Curls”, and later became the first "America's Sweetheart", co-founder of United Artists, and the only businesswoman in early Hollywood.

June just went through a terrible break-up. So Claudine, her grandmother, decides to take her to an Elvis Presley impersonators contest.

It won Best Cinematography at the Kinoma Grand Prix Festival in Paris. 

It was also screened at the Festival International de Contis, in the south of France.

To Pimp a Butterfly

 

"To Pimp a Butterfly" is a drama/thriller about Andy Lau, an Asian-American teenager living in Chinatown, who must rescue his mother when her pimp abducts her.

Only Light
 

Only Light is a film about the unseen and dehumanizing world of International Human Sex Trafficking in the United States.

 

The film takes place in two different countries: the Congo and the US. There are elements of the film that fall into fantasy and magical realism. 

 

Production designed by Colleen O'Halloran & Maria Greschenko. Directed by Evita Castine.  

 

Only Light took home the Audience Award and Social Impact award at the One Lens film festival, won Best Screenplay at the L.A. Indie Film Festival, and was awarded Best Production Design at the 2015 USC First Film Awards.
